Our Truro location is conveniently located in downtown Truro at 95 Young Street, with ample on-site parking available.

KinFix Health + Fitness is a first-of-its-kind boutique fitness studio and health clinic in one.
We are locally founded and operated by Julien and Juliana. We are both residents of Spryfield and found the gap in our community that needed filling! Creating an inclusive environment for our community and all of their health and fitness needs!
KinFix Health was created by Julien, who is a member of our chiropractic team in 2016. Juliana is a fitness expert and they decided to join forces and create KinFix Health + Fitness - adding the boutique fitness component with a strength and yoga studio, as well at 5 treatment rooms to offer an array of manual therapies from incredible practitioners as well as a sauna/ meditation room.
We understand the importance of all of these modalities when it comes to optimizing your health and wellbeing.
